Description
This is our latest Soprano from our good friend Gerald Marleaux.
The Soprano is a 22.44″ instrument that is normally tuned EADG , like the bottom 4 strings of a guitar. This makes the Soprano a fun solo instrument that is immediately familiar to a bassis.
THIS Soprano is a bit different in that we are using Dogal Tiny Boy strings – these yield the standard EADG tuning found on 34″ scale basses. How do they do this ? I don’t know. I can tell you that these strings work.
Big thank you to Samy Saemann for this music and performance.
