Scott Surine tells me that this bass was made in 2003 , custom in that the body wings are smaller than usual , to lessen the weight of the bass.
- Mahogany Core with Rosewood top , back and headstock veneer – 10lbs, 5 oz.
- 5 piece neck , 35″ scale Flamed Maple with Purpleheart runners – nut width 1.88″ , string spacing at the bridge 19mm
- Ebony fingerboard
- Bartolini humbuckers
- Petrounov custom 3 band preamp , active only
- Non-original hardshell case
This bass is is very good cosmetic condition, with some small signs of wear. Functionally , it is 100% fine.
