I have known of and seen SEI basses for years , via the internet. This is the first to reach my hands, and I am very impressed by this bass’ build quality, sound, playability and looks.

• Passive bass with volume and blend controls

I have found that Wenge necks usually give a bass a voice rich in the lower mids with a quick attack. This bass is no different – take this inherent voice , add Bartolini soapbars and you have a tight and warm bass, a very rich sounding instrument.
