Gerald Marleaux has been making basses for over 20 years, and I started working with him back in the late ’90’s. His basses were outstanding back then, yet he continues to refine his instruments. The Consat body style is his original design and I think it still looks fresh today. Looks are not everything – these basses fit well whether standing or sitting, on a strap or on your lap.
