Detroit Road Show October 28, 2012

Post 22 of 25

As always, Detroit was a garrulous gas of a time, with many of Motown’s most talented players taking time out of their Sunday afternoon to stop by, shoot the stuff, play some bass – safe to say many licks were given, borrowed, or stolen here today – it is wise to always keep your ears and eyes open when something worthwhile is being said.

A BIG THANKS TO ALL, see you next year, if not sooner, talk at you later.

  • Sylvester digging the LeFay Herr Schwarz TAED.

  • Pastor Eric Thomas and the Singer bass by LeFay.

  • Andrew the classical guitarist on a fretless Jerzy Drozd - glissando mucho.

  • Dave The Painter plays the Rybski.

  • Kerry Lacy ponders his future life with a 6 string bass.

  • Bass builder Sean May with one of his basses.

  • William Pope with the stink face, wailing on a Zakrzewski (zock-shef-skee).

  • Brave Kevin Breslin playing a fretless 6, with the amp on!!
